An Oxanaut service is a game server (or a GameBox resource pool) attached to your account. You manage it from the Services section.

Service lifecycle

After the due date you have 14 days to settle an unpaid invoice. Past that deadline the service is cancelled and deleted. The invoice remains due.

Service page

The service page shows:
  • the Specifications card: live status, CPU, RAM, disk, connection address and the Open in game panel button;
  • the Billing card: price per cycle, next due date, auto-renewal, debit day (changeable once a month, monthly cycles only);
  • the Change plan card: upgrades and downgrades within the same product family.
Rename a service from the Specifications card, Rename button.

Upgrades and downgrades

You can change plans at any time, up or down within the same family (for example GTA-V Spark to GTA-V Surge).
  1. On the service page, open Change plan.
  2. Pick the target plan: the exact prorated amount is displayed based on the days remaining.
  3. Confirm: an adjustment invoice is generated, the server is resized after payment, without reinstall.

Sub-users

You can invite other Oxanaut accounts to manage a service with fine-grained permissions (start/stop, console, files…). Sub-users never access the service billing.

Cancel a service

Two cancellation modes:
  • End of period: the service runs until the end of the paid cycle, then stops without renewing.
  • Immediate: the service is suspended then deleted after the grace period. Associated unpaid invoices are cancelled.
An end-of-period cancellation can be revoked as long as the cycle is not over.
