# Getting started

> Create an account, sign in and find your way around the Oxanaut panel.

The customer panel lives at [panel.oxanaut.com](https://panel.oxanaut.com). You manage your services, invoices and integrations from there.

## Create an account

    Click **Sign in** on [panel.oxanaut.com](https://panel.oxanaut.com). Authentication goes through our identity provider (Authentik) over OIDC.

  <Step title="Create your account">
    Enter your email address and a password, then confirm the email you receive.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Complete your profile">
    From **Settings**, fill in your billing information (name, address, country). It appears on your invoices.

  Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Authentik account to protect access to your services and payment methods.

## Panel layout

| **Store**         | Product catalog and cart                                             |
| **Billing**       | Invoices, payment methods, credits                                   |

| **Notifications** | Invoice and service alerts                                           |

## Where to get help

* The bell icon at the top of the panel flags pending actions (unpaid invoice, suspended service…).
* For a technical issue, open a ticket from the panel; you get a reply by email.
